Slime activator is a solution that helps reduce slime’s stickiness. It’s made from a mixture of 1 teaspoon of borax to 1 cup of warm water, designed to reactivate a sticky slime. Over time, as slimes age, they can become sticky or revert to their original glue-like consistency. Activator solution restores a slime’s texture, making it fun and easy to play with again!
1) Adding too much activator will result in a rubbery slime, while adding too little will yield a slime that is still sticky to the touch.2) If your slime feels too sticky, apply activator solution. To make the activator, mix 1 teaspoon of Borax powder (included with your purchase) into 1 cup of warm water. Stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
3) Add the activator slowly (1/2 teaspoon at a time) to avoid using too much. It’s easier to add more if needed than to fix it once too much has been added.
4) Your slime may still feel a bit sticky until the activator is fully worked in. Be sure to knead the activator thoroughly into the slime before deciding if more is needed.
5) Slimes with more add-ins (like snow fizz, crunch bombs, bingsu, and floam slimes) may need less activator due to their higher ratio of non-slime ingredients.
1) Make sure your hands are clean and dry. Dirty or sweaty hands can make the slime more sticky and leave unwanted residue. Keeping food and debris out of the slime also helps prevent mold from developing.
2) When handling our intermediate & advanced slimes, use quick, sharp motions, like you’re tossing a hot potato or kneading pizza dough. Slow stretches can cause these slimes to stick to your hands or fingers, while grabbing with your whole hand might cause them to cling to your palms. Instead, try rapidly squeezing the slime, similar to the way you would squeeze a stress ball, and release quickly to prevent them from sticking.
3) If your hands are warm or sweaty, avoid advanced slimes. The heat can make the slime too soft, and sweat can cause it to become sticky. Stick to beginner-friendly slimes for a better experience, as they’re less likely to melt or leave residue.
4) We strongly advise all customers to NEVER eat or ingest any of our products, under any circumstances. While our slimes may smell, look, or feel tempting, it is never safe or recommended to consume any part of them.
Slime doesn’t last forever, but with proper care, it can stay fun for a long time!
1) Daily Play: Play with your slime for 10–15 minutes each day to extend its lifespan.
2) Clean Hands & Surface: Wash your hands and use a clean surface to prevent debris or bacteria from getting into the slime and to reduce the chance of mold.
3) Seal Tight: Store your slime in its container with a tight seal when not in use to keep it from drying out. Any extra or “overflow” slime should be kept in an airtight container, which will help it stay soft and allow air bubbles to settle so it can be returned to the original container later.
4) Store Properly: Place it in a cool, dry spot, away from direct sunlight.
5) Frequent Activation: Regularly reactivate your slime, as it’s tough to bring back if it completely melts.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. Eligible returns must be both unopened and unused and must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide proof of the shipping label to begin the return process.

We will always do our best to process orders and get them shipped out to customers as soon as possible, however, please allow anywhere from 2-4 business days for processing (or 2-6 business days during the winter holiday season) before your order is shipped.
Delivery times may vary; Domestic, U.S. orders can take anywhere from 3 days-2 weeks for delivery, while international orders can take up to 1-2 months. We strive to keep estimated processing and delivery times updated on our website for full transparency, though please note these are purely estimates and may be affected by unforeseen shipping circumstances or inclement weather delays.

Gradually add activator in small amounts and knead until any lumps are smoothed out.
If your slime got warm, pop it in the fridge to cool down.
Don’t forget to wash your hands! Slime tends to leave residue on sweaty or dirty hands.
If it’s still sticky, try adding a bit more activator!
Be sure to use exactly 1 cup of water when preparing your activator.
Keep in mind, some slimes aren’t meant to be fully holdable and can be naturally tacky. These types are best played with on a surface. Try quick poking and handling motions. If you’re a visual learner, check out this video for guidance!
f the weather is chilly, your slime might feel stiff. Let it come to room temperature, or warm it up with your hands to soften it.
If it’s still too firm, try adding a bit of glue or glycerin.
Remember, slime naturally softens over time!
The best approach is to wait for it to soften naturally. Try leaving it in a warm spot or under sunlight.
Adding a small amount of glycerin can help speed up the melting process!
Fall out often happens when slime becomes over-inflated, especially in types like crunch bombs or slimes with a high add-in ratio. With so many air bubbles, there’s less slime for the beads or add-ins to adhere to.
Fall out can also occur if the slime has dried out from frequent play. This is normal and expected with well-loved slimes.
Some textures naturally experience fall out, and we always note this in the product description. If your slime has this feature, handle it gently—stretch slowly and avoid ripping the slime for best results!
